Once upon a time I rivered a flush against a poor player that had been min betting and giving me the correct odds to draw to the flush. When I hit and stacked them they said "So very moron". I posted this on the forum earlier on today and it always makes me laugh!! Why I am saying this? Because in my first game today I was "so very moron"!!
It was the usual €5+0.50 5 seater Omaha Hi/Lo game and for some reason I don't even know I busted out first like a moron fishing for the Lo side of the pot, not even the nut lo! Inevitably he was a fellow moron also fishing for the lo side but also had a weak pair to go with his better lo than mine so scooped the pot.... I played like a true donk, not sure what came over me there really - every now and then I seem to inexplicably play a hand like a complete spaztard!!
Only played 2 more games after that, the second was the same game as above and I finished an uneventful 4th. Decided to go back to NL holdem for a game after that so played a €5+0.50 5 seater which I won. Think I'll stop for tonight now as I'm not on top form!!
