Update..

I played a few heads up games after yesterdays post, one I won on the first hand when they re-raised me all in, my A-A beating their A-9. I only made a small profit in the end though.

As for today, I have played 3 games and have ran pretty good. A €5 5 seater speed game which I finished 1st in, came 1st in a €5 10 seater aswell and then in a €5 10 seater turbo I finished a really annoying 4th!! I was 2nd in chips, though we had virtually the same amount and the blinds were huge, I shoved with two random cards and he called with A-5 :( I'd thought he would have folded anything except a monster hand as he would have been all but out if I'd won the hand, so that was pretty disappointing. Never mind, the bankroll is increasing that's the main thing....

Poker sucks

I'm not running very good at all. People in the games at these stakes are so keen to get their chips all in pre flop... if you don't run good you've got no hope! I've played 5 games, I exited two in 3 way pre flop all ins!! The first I held AK v A3 V 10-5, the second was Q-Q v A-J V 3-3. Both of these were in the early levels so says a lot about the standard of play. Decided to play heads up after that but my luck wasn't much better there either:

Will be good when I play a set of games that my hands hold up in as I should make some decent profit and move on to the €10 games where hopefully this won't happen quite so much.

Not playing enough!!

Since my last post here I've only played 10 games, so not really playing enough at all. When I do play I'm pretty much staying where I am profit-wise, though again have been getting some shocking beats. (Though I did put one or two on other people for once which was nice!!! haha!)

Still keeping track of every game on my spreadsheet but it's pretty boring so I won't post it today as I am tired!
